Ordering & Minimums
We welcome orders of any size. You can order a single jersey. Most clients order by team size, typically 10 to 30 pieces. Large retail orders run in the thousands. Both receive the same quality standard.
Send us your design concept through the contact form. A designer reviews it within 12 hours. We create artwork, produce samples, and ship them for your approval. You confirm. We manufacture.
We accept T/T (bank transfer) with standard terms discussed during order confirmation. Details are finalized in your proforma invoice before production begins.
Samples & Design
Yes. The garment samples cost you zero. You cover the shipping freight. We ship a full size-run set so every team member can try on their fit before you commit to a bulk order. Learn more about sampling.
We accept AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, and JPG files. Vector formats (AI, PDF) produce the sharpest results for sublimation printing. If your file needs adjustment, our design team handles it free of charge.

Production & Delivery
Standard production delivers within 2 weeks. During peak season (December to June), expect 14 to 20 days. Urgent orders can ship in 2 to 3 days. Rush availability depends on current production load.

We ship by sea freight (most economical for bulk orders), air freight (faster, higher cost), or international courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS for samples and small orders). We recommend the best option based on your order size and timeline.
Quality & After-Sales
Our standard defect rate is under 3%. If your shipment exceeds 3% for factory-responsible defects, we replace the excess pieces at our cost, including shipping. Read the full guarantee.
