Our design team produces print-ready files with color separations, placement guides, and sizing specs. You review and approve before anything goes to production.

Samples Land on Your Desk
We produce a full size-set of samples. Your team tries them on. You check the fabric, the print, the stitching. Request adjustments. We revise until you sign off.

Production Runs on Our Lines
Your order enters our 6-workshop facility. Cutting, sublimation, sewing, finishing. All under our roof. Track progress in real time through our ERP system.

Quality Check and Pack
Every batch passes through our quality gates. Defect rate stays under 3%. We pack with UV-protective inner packaging and reinforced outer cartons.

Ship to Your Door
Container loading photos, seal documentation, and shipping details come to you before the vessel departs. Your stock arrives ready for your warehouse or your customers.

Small Text That Blurs on Fabric
Fine sponsor logos and tiny size labels look sharp on screen. On polyester knit, ink spreads by a fraction of a millimeter. We identify elements that need resizing and show you a side-by-side comparison before sampling.
Colors That Clash After Sublimation
A navy-and-black stripe pattern might look distinct in your design file. Under heat transfer, dark tones can merge. We flag combinations that lose contrast and suggest adjustments that keep your brand colors intact.
Logo Placement Across Size Grades
A chest logo positioned for a size M can land at the armpit on a youth XS or look tiny on an adult 3XL. We adjust placement proportionally across the full size run so your branding stays consistent.
Sleeve Graphics and Seam Interference
Designs that wrap around sleeves cross seam lines. Without proper alignment, patterns break at the stitch. We map your artwork against our patterns to keep graphics continuous across every seam.
