14 Quality Gates.

From the moment the fabric enters our factory until your goods leave the dock, every batch of products undergoes 14 quality inspection steps. Skipping even a single step would mean failing to live up to your trust.

YOUR DASHBOARD

Before a Single Thread Gets Cut

The most important quality decisions happen before production starts. Fabric that fails incoming inspection wastes zero production hours.

Spectrophotometer Color Check

A spectrophotometer measures color difference between the delivered fabric and the approved standard. Delta E values above threshold trigger rejection. Human eyes can be fooled. The instrument cannot.

01

4-Point Fabric Inspection

Every fabric roll is graded on the industry-standard 4-point system. Defect points per 100 linear meters determine pass or fail. Supplier performance is tracked over time for continuous improvement.

02

Shrinkage Rate Test (Double Check)

Shrinkage is tested twice. First by the fabric supplier before shipping. Second by our incoming QC team when the roll arrives. Two independent measurements. One standard. Zero tolerance for surprises after the first wash.

03

Supplier-Graded Material Release

Only fabric that passes all three checks above moves to the cutting table. Non-conforming material is quarantined, documented, and returned. We maintain a rejection log that feeds back into supplier selection.

The Full Testing Suite

These tests run on every fabric batch before production. Performance claims are verified, not assumed.

Moisture wicking is the priority test. Many clients select their supplier based on this single performance metric.

WHAT WE PRINT WITH

Named Materials. Verifiable Quality.

Generic claims like “imported ink” mean nothing. We name our materials so you can verify them.

Korean Inktec Eco-Friendly Water-Based Ink

Inktec ink delivers high color fastness and strong light resistance. Patterns stay vivid through repeated washing and extended sun exposure. Water-based formulation meets international environmental standards. Safer for skin. Better for the planet. Compliant with European and North American market requirements.

100g Professional Sublimation Transfer Paper

Heavier paper stock absorbs more ink and releases it more cleanly onto fabric. The result: sharper edges, richer color saturation, and finer detail reproduction. Lightweight paper saves cost. We use 100g because it produces a visibly superior print.

PRODUCTION FLOOR

Quality Does Not Wait for the Final Check

We catch issues mid-production. Correcting at the source costs minutes. Correcting after packing costs days.

First Article Confirmation
The first piece off each production batch gets a full dimensional and visual inspection. Approved before the rest of the batch runs.
Patrol Inspection
QC staff walk each workshop at set intervals. Spot checks at cutting, sublimation, and sewing stations. Issues caught within minutes of occurrence.
Critical Control Points
Each workshop has defined CCPs where deviation would affect product safety or performance. Monitored with higher frequency than general inspection points.

The Last Check Before Your Shipment Leaves

Every order gets a final review. No exceptions. No shortcuts for tight deadlines.

Random Sampling Inspection
AQL sampling from finished batch. Garments pulled random from multiple cartons. Checked size accuracy, print quality, stitching integrity, overall appearance against approved sample.
Full Inspection for Critical Orders
For orders with tight specifications or new client relationships, we move from sampling to 100% inspection. Every piece checked. Every detail verified. This adds time but removes risk.
Packaging Verification
Inner packaging inspected for UV protection on light-colored garments. Outer cartons checked for structural integrity. Labels, barcodes, and shipping marks verified against your purchase order.
Loading Supervision
Container condition documented before loading. Loading process photographed. Seal number recorded and photographed. All images attached to your shipment record for your reference.
