14 Tests Before a Single Jersey Ships
Fabric enters our facility. A spectrophotometer measures color difference. A 4-point inspection scores the roll. Shrinkage gets tested twice, by the supplier and by our incoming QC team. This is Gate 1 of 14. Only material that passes moves forward. Every subsequent production stage has its own quality checkpoint.

If It Falls Short, We Fix It at Our Cost
Our defect rate stays under 3%. This is our normal operating standard. If your shipment exceeds 3%, we replace the excess pieces at our cost.
